By using seavidgen.com, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.
seavidgen.com provides a platform that allows you to generate unique videos using artificial intelligence. The quality and nature of the AI-generated content depend heavily on the prompts you provide and the inherent capabilities of our AI models.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true and accurate information when you register and to keep it updated.
Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for the text prompts and images you upload ("Inputs") and the videos you generate ("Outputs").
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share any content that:

You Own Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original content (Inputs) you upload to seavidgen.com.
Ownership of Generated Videos: For users on a paid plan, you own the videos (Outputs) you create and can use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the rules in Section 4. Users on a free plan are granted a limited, non-commercial license.
Our Service IP: We retain all ownership rights to the seavidgen.com platform, our logos, code, and the underlying AI models.
Paid Services: Certain features require a subscription. By signing up for a plan, you agree to pay the associated fees.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or yearly). To cancel your subscription or request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected].
Refund Policy: Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Seavid provides digital AI generation services only and does not ship physical goods.
After a successful purchase, the credits included in the selected plan or package are added to the user's account and become available for use.
Generated content is delivered electronically through the user's account. Most generation tasks are completed within approximately 1 to 5 minutes, although processing times may vary depending on model availability, queue conditions, and task complexity.
If a generation task fails, the credits for that task will not be deducted from the user's account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to seavidgen.com at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any activity that harms our platform or other users.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated content will meet your specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, seavidgen.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may modify these Terms periodically. We will post the revised Terms on this page. By continuing to use seavidgen.com after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
